Positions Available
Project Manager
Oversee welding and fabrication projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Work closely with clients and teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills required.

Shop Foreman
Lead daily shop operations, supervising welders and managing workflow to ensure projects meet Aspen Welding’s quality and safety standards. Must have welding experience, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities.

Handle day-to-day office and accounting tasks, including invoices, payroll, and recordkeeping. Requires excellent organization, accuracy, and confidentiality. Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred.
